Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged from 3 days prior, 100% from 2 days prior.
During the following periods, a 10% cancellation fee will apply starting 10 days prior:
【March 20 to April 15, December 20 to January 15】
The same cancellation policy will apply even if the number of participants decreases.
Cancellations before that date will be refunded.
To cancel a reservation, please use the URL provided in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
